PICK’M Music Exchange – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to PICK’M Music Exchange ("PICK’M," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Fantasy Entertainment Platform

PICK’M Music Exchange is a fantasy asset exchange platform designed for entertainment purposes only.

All fantasy music stocks, rankings, values, prices, and related information are determined solely by PICK’M and represent the opinions, methodologies, and valuations established by the Company.

Fantasy music stocks listed on the platform do not represent ownership of, investment in, or rights to any actual artist, music catalog, song, album, recording, intellectual property, royalty stream, security, or financial instrument.

Participation on the platform does not create any ownership interest in any real-world music asset.

2. Eligibility

To use PICK’M Music Exchange, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Provide accurate and complete account information.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is $5.00 USD.
• Deposits are credited to the user's wallet upon successful processing.
• PICK’M reserves the right to reject or cancel any deposit transaction at its sole discretion.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is $25.00 USD.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and approval.
• Withdrawal fees are applied as follows:

PICK’M reserves the right to delay, deny, review, or request additional verification for any withdrawal request.

5. Sellback Transactions

When users sell fantasy music stocks back to the platform, a 15% sellback fee will be deducted from the transaction amount.

All sellback fees are non-refundable.

6. Wallet Transfers

Wallet-to-wallet transfers conducted through the platform are subject to a 15% transaction fee.

The fee will be deducted at the time of transfer processing.

All transfer fees are final and non-refundable.

7. No Refund Policy

All transactions are final.

PICK’M maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Wallet transfers are non-refundable.
• Sellback fees are non-refundable.
• Withdrawal fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to user error, account inactivity, dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of platform functionality, or voluntary account closure.

8. Valuation Disclaimer

Fantasy music stock values are determined solely by PICK’M.

Users understand and agree that:

• Values may increase or decrease at any time.
• Values are based on internal methodologies and opinions.
• Values do not reflect actual market prices, securities values, royalty values, or artist earnings.
• PICK’M makes no guarantee regarding future performance, appreciation, or profitability of any fantasy asset.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PICK’M, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Platform errors
• Valuation changes
• User decisions based on platform information

Participation in the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

PICK’M reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of platform features
• Suspicious transactions
• Misrepresentation of identity or age

Termination of an account does not entitle a user to a refund of any fees or deposits.

11. Modifications

PICK’M may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
